#️⃣ Heated Indoor Pool

★ The saltwater pool is the highlight of the cabin! The 16' x 8' Indoor Pool is heated to 84 degrees year
round.
★ The pool depth is 3 feet deep. Use at your own risk and supervise children as there is no life guard.
★ Our pool undergoes weekly cleaning on Thrusday (Tuesday as a back up) If you're staying with us on these days, we kindly request your cooperation. You don't need to be in the cabin during maintenance; the cleaning crew will use their own door keys.

★ Hot Tub with Jets on the 1st-floor deck
★ Every Floor has Decks with chairs connected to bedrooms
★ BBQ grill

Fireplaces:

*On During: October 1st - March 31 st
*Off During: April 1st - September 30th

#️⃣ Additional Things to Note:

☑️ A signed rental agreement and a $1,000 off-platform security hold are required at the time of booking. You must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

☑️ Please note, the cabin is in a private resort, a mile up the mountain. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

☑️ The cabin has smart TVs/ Roku sticks that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

☑️ For safety and to ensure the best service from our cleaning and maintenance team, cameras are located at the front and around the cabin. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

☑️ As you're in the mountains, you may encounter critters, bugs, spiders, and even bears (which are dangerous!). Please avoid approaching or feeding any wildlife. Do not leave food or drinks in your car, as wildlife may try to get in. Always keep vehicles locked.

☑️ Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be extra charges if found smoking

☑️ There are no refunds for storms, snow, or power outages. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and coming prepared with bottled water and non-perishable items

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
